- I have spent the past 2 years working with the watch repair team at Palmer’s Jewelry to provide you with outstanding watch repairs services. I am responsible for quartz watch repair, servicing of vintage American pocket watches, mechanical bracelet watches and assist with the Swiss Army service center work. Prior to arriving at Palmer’s, I worked in a busy watch sales and service store in the Denver, Colorado area.

- Nine years with Bulova Watch Co., responsibilities included, bench technician, and later senior technician/shop foreman, followed by service center manager. 2000 – 2005, employed in Horology Dept. at Gem City College, Quincy IL as Watchmaking and Clockmakng Instructor.

- In addition to examination and being a licensed watchmaker in the state of Indiana, include; Certified Master Watchmaker, Horological Institute of America, Certified Master Watchmaker 21, AWCI, Certified Accutron Technician, Certified Bulova Quartz Technician. Charter member of American Watchmakers & Clockmakers Institute. President’s Award for Service from the Central Illinois Watchmaker’s Association, Meritorious Service Award from the Watchmaker’s Association of Indiana.
